What We Do

The Survivor’s Walk is a yearly Outreach which involves physical activities different African and Asian Countries, creating awareness, educating, empowering and restoring confidence in victims of sexual abuse/rape.

The Survivors Walk

We encourage survivors to speak up and out, as silence is a weapon that has been used against survivors for decades on end, we aim to encourage survivors to use their voice as their weapon.  The campaign is designed to destroy the shackles of silence,  to help victims embrace forgiveness, leaving the past behind and looking to embrace the beautiful things the future has in store without allowing their past hold them bound.

In every community our mission is to

1.  Encourage and empower survivors of sexual abuse, listen to their stories, show empathy and to let every girl who has being through something this horrible that they are not alone, there is a community rooting for them

2. We teach good and encourage personal hygiene by encouraging girls to use sanitary towels during their monthly cycles, we teach them how to use sanitary products and also encourage this act by donating free sanitary products for girls in every community that we visit.

3. Providing practical tools for girls and boys on how look after each other, the meaning of consent, respecting one another’s bodies, and the power of autonomy. Educating and teaching parents to pay. ore attention to their children’s sexual habits, encourage good sexual habits and encourage them to express their sexuality.

4. Embark on a walk within a 10-mile radius, generally campaigning against rape, saying No to Paedophilic behaviours.

5. Hold sexual health sessions, teaching about maintaining good sexual health and seeking help and support for girls who have been sexually violated.
