Jesus is alive, death has lost its victory and we have perfect liberty

He’s alive, He’s alive,

Hallelujah Jesus is alive….

I started off with one of my favourite songs sang by Ron Kenoly.

He is no longer in the tomb, He is Risen. King Jesus is alive, every time I study the bible and story around the crucifix and the resurrection, I insert myself into that story because I want to experience the Joy and excitement on the disciple’s faces  when Mary told them that the tomb was empty and that He is no longer there. All the while He has been telling them that He is going to rise again on the third, they probably just did not believe him.

Easter signifies a very important season in the life of every Christian.

Many a times you are held up by past failures, experiences, past mistakes, past mishaps, you  find it difficult to move beyond these experiences which is what the devil wants, he constantly reminds you of your past through daily occurrences or sometimes through friends and family. It’s funny how people don’t ever get past your past even when you have clearly moved on or no longer the person that they identify you with.

I have very good news for you today, Jesus Christ our Lord is not in the tomb anymore he is alive so are you.

You are not in your past anymore, You have risen alongside with him.

“Romans 8:11 The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you”

That right there is your testimony, as a child of Zion, you are not who you used to be, the power of Christ has quickened your mortal body into becoming spiritual beings.

You are no longer in the tomb, you have risen with Him. Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Make a decision today dearly beloved, Tell yourself, I am no longer in the tomb I have risen past my mistakes, past my failed relationships, past my failures, past my unhealthy lifestyle…. Past anything whatsoever. You become a completely new being, your story becomes rewritten, you have become a new creature in Christ Jesus. The power in the blood is potent, it cleanses, renews, rejuvenate, reenergize, refreshes, revolutionise, it washes sparkling clean.

Let me give you an illustration…….

There is a stain removal powder known as Vanish powder, I use it alongside my home washing powder to remove very tough stains most especially my kids clothing,  it works like Magic.

Every-time, I have used it especially for very tough stains which sometimes I have given up on, It comes our sparkling clean. I have some faith in this Vanish powder to clean my clothes and get rid of those tough stains.

Pause for a moment, I have so much faith in ordinary stain removal made by human beings,

How much more the precious blood of the lamb!  wow!

He is the greatest and the biggest blood donor!

His Blood never and has never lost its power. It’s been decades past and this blood is still very viable and potent. He is waiting on you with open arms! Make a decision today, the biggest decision in the history of mankind. Make him your Lord and saviour, trust in him totally and wholly! And if you are already a christian, you are his child, don’t believe the lies of the devil he lost thousands of years ago, he is a toothless bulldog.

The tomb is empty, so is yours!

He has risen,

He has swapped your shame for glory,

Your disease and infirmity with complete healing and wholeness

Your barrenness with fertility

Your sins with Cleanliness

Your Past with a glorious future

Your lack with abundance

Your guilt with freedom

Your brokeness with Grace…

He whom the Son has set free He is free I-N-D-E-E-D.

You are totally, irrevocably, irreversibly, unashamed, unapologetically F-R-E-E.

You are no longer a slave to fear, sin, shame, guilt, lack, poverty, any disease why? Because You are a child of GOD and his B-L-O-O-D has spoken better things on your behalf.

Tell yourself today or anyone who in one way or the other reminds you of your past… Look them in the eye and tell them I AM NO LONGER IN THE TOMB! HE HAS RISEN SO AM I….

He said it right there, It is finished…. Dearly beloved It is finished. Don’t let anything hold you back, He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you could ever ask or think.

Remember, He is no longer in the tomb, He has risen, KING JESUS IS ALIVE, so are YOU. YES YOU!
